Abstract
Kada poduzetnik odabire izvore financiranja poduzeća, potrebno je sagledati na koje je sve načine moguće doći do potrebnih sredstava. Poduzeće se može financirati emisijom dionica, obveznica, kreditima, leasingom, no koji god način da odabere poduzetnik mora biti svjestan rizika koji nosi svaki od navedenih izvora. Kroz ovaj rad biti će prikazane vrste i karakteristike pojedinih izvora financiranja, s naglaskom na kredite banaka, te uočene prednosti i nedostaci financiranja dugoročnim bankovnim kreditima.
Abstract (english)
When an entrepreneur selects corporate funding sources, it is necessary to look at ways in which all the necessary resources can be obtained. The company can be financed by issuing shares, bonds, loans, leasing, but whichever way you choose entrepreneur must be aware of the risks of each of these sources. Through this paper it will be shown, the types and characteristics of individual sources of funding, with an emphasis on bank loans, and observed the advantages and disadvantages of financing long-term bank loans.
