Abstract
Završni rad Sustav za iznajmljivanje automobila baziran na Salesforce uslugama ima za cilj opisati sustav za upravljanje odnosima s kupcima (engl. Customer Relationship Managment, CRM) i obraditi alate i koncepte za obradu i implementaciju istog. Nadalje, opisana je i objašnjena Cloud usluga i arhitektura koja je trenutno neizostavna iz modernog načina življenja, Salesforce tvrtka i razvoj te izrada sustava za iznajmljivanje automobila korištenjem Salesforcea i njegovih alata kao što su programski jezik Apex i baza podataka SOQL (engl. Salesforce Object Query Language). Ovim radom, dobit će se zorni uvid u probleme i rješenja za izradu ovakvog sustava kao i način izrade domene i izvještaja za unapređenje prodaje što je najvažnija stavka svakog CRM sustava. Sustav za iznajmljivanje sadržavat će objekte koji su potrebni za bazu podataka i integraciju rezervacije automobila.
Abstract (english)
Final paper the car rental system based on Salesforce services aims to describe the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and to process the tools and concepts for implementation. Furthermore, the cloud service and architecture, which is currently indispensable in the modern way of life, the Salesforce enterprise and development, and a creation of a car rental system using Salesforce and its tools such as Apex programming language and the SOQL database are described and explained. With this paper, you will get clear insight into the problems and solutions for creating such a system, as well as how to create a domain and reports for sales improvement, which is the most important item of any CRM system. The rental system will contain the objects required for database and integration of car reservation.
