Abstract
Rad se bavi analizom poslovnih rizika u osigurateljnoj djelatnosti. Rizikom poslovanja osiguravajućeg društva smatra se nemogućnost postizanja cilja. Moguća su negativna i pozitivna odstupanja od cilja. Gubitak se manifestira kao negativno odstupanje koje se odražava na financijski položaj, rezultate poslovanja i novčani tok. Svi rizici kojima se društvo za osiguranje izlaže u vanjskom i unutarnjem okruženju smatraju se poslovnim rizicima. Upravljanje rizicima jedan je od najvažnijih segmenata upravljanja poduzećem. Važno je da se identificiraju rizici s kojima se organizacija suočava i da se procijene njihovi efekti na poslovanje. Svako osiguravajuće društvo susreće se s različitim rizicima, odnosno svaki rizik je jedinstven.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the analysis of business risks in the insurance industry. The risk of operating an insurance company is considered to be the inability to achieve the objective. Both negative and positive deviations from the goal are possible. The loss manifests itself as a negative deviation that is reflected in the financial position, business results and cash flow. Any risks to which an insurance undertaking is exposed in the external and internal environment shall be considered as business risks. Risk management is one of the most important segments of enterprise management. It is important to identify the risks facing the organization and to assess their effects on the business. Each insurance company faces different risks, i.e. each risk is uniq.
