Abstract
Definicije pojmova poduzetništvo i poduzetnik kroz povijest su se puno puta mijenjale iz razloga što je vremenom dolazilo do sve većeg broja inovacija koje su mijenjale način poslovanja. Razvoj tehnologije omogućio je dostupnost velike količine proizvoda potrošačima, što predstavlja veliki problem poduzećima koji su tek na početku obzirom da je jako teško istaknuti se na tržištu kada je konkurencija ogromna. Danas je veliki broj tvrtki koje posluju na međunarodnom tržištu, te je za svaku ... More od njih važno da imaju kvalitetan tim ljudi koji će kontinuirano uvoditi inovacije u poslovanje jer samo na taj način mogu opstati na tržištu, zadržati postojeće potrošače i privući nove. Za razvoj poduzetništva u svakoj zemlji značajnu ulogu ima država koja svojim mjerama potiče razvoj poduzetništva. Hrvatska je od 2013. godine članica EU koja provodi niz programa kojima se potiče poduzetnike da svoje ideje realiziraju i time stvaraju vlastiti profit, otvaraju nova radna mjesta i pridonose razvoju cjelokupnog gospodarstva. Zahvaljujući poticajima EU veliki broj poduzeća se otvorio u Republici Hrvatskoj, no i dalje je veliki problem nedostatak samopouzdanja budućih poduzetnika kao i manjak informacija o načinu ostvarivanja financijskih sredstava. U Hrvatskoj je zbilja veliki broj inovativnih i talentiranih ljudi koji su svojim radom ostvarili veliki uspjeh i danas su vlasnici jednih od vodećih kompanija. The definitions of the terms entrepreneurship and entrepreneur have changed many times throught history due to the fact that, over time, there was an increasing number of innovations that changed the way of doing business. The development of technology has enabled the availability of a large amount of products to consumers, which is a big problem for companies that are just starting out, since it is very difficult to stand out in the market when the competition is huge. More a large number of companies that operate on the international market, and it is important for each of them to have a quality team of people who will continuously introduce inovations into the business, because only in this way they can survive on the market, retain existing consumers and attract new ones. For the development of entrepreneurship in every country, the state, which encourages the development of entrepreneurship with it is measures, plays a significant role. Since 2013., Croatia has been a member of the EU, which implements a number of programs that encourage entrepreneurs to realize their ideas and thus create their own profit, create new jobs and contribute to the development of the entire company. Thanks to the incentives of the EU, a large number of companies openes in the Republic of Croatia, the lack of self-confidence of future entrepreneurs as well as the lack of information about how to obtain financial resources is still a big problem. In Croatia, there are a large number of innovative and talented people who have achieved great success with their work and today they are the owners of one of the leading companies.
