Abstract
Vrijednost poduzeća pokazuje vrijednost njegovog vlastitog kapitala . Procjena vrijednosti poduzeća prikazuje ukupnu vrijednost poduzeća i ključna je u trenutcima kada poduzeće donosi velike poslovne odluke za svoje poslovanje. Vrijednost poduzeća temelji se na financijskim izvještajima, a najveći utjecaj imaju račun dobiti i gubitka, bilanca i izvještaj o novčanim tokovima. Pomoću navedenih izvještaja saznaju se podatci o tvrtki i njezinom poslovanju koji su ključni za izračun procjene vrijednosti poduzeća i procjene budućih novčanih tokova. Da bi se donijele investicijske odluke potrebno je znati koliki je ponderirani prosječni trošak kapitala. Ponderirani prosječni trošak kapitala je prosječna stopa koju poduzeće plaća za financiranje svoje imovine. Valamar Riviera jedna je od najuspješnijih tvrtki u turističkoj djelatnosti u Republici Hrvatskoj te posljednjih godina, izuzev pandemijske 2020. godine, posluje s pozitivnim financijskim rezultatom.
Abstract (english)
The value of a company shows the value of its own capital. A company valuation shows the total value of a company and is crucial at times when a company makes major business decisions for its business. The value of the company is based on the financial statements, the profit and loss statement, the balance sheet and the cash flow statement have the biggest impact. The mentioned reports provide information about the company and its operations that are important for calculating the company's valuation and estimating future cash flows. In order to make investment decisions, it is necessary to know the weighted average cost of capital. The weighted average cost of capital is the average rate a company pays to finance its assets. Valamar Riviera is one of the most successful companies in the tourism industry in the Republic of Croatia and in recent years, with the exception of the pandemic year 2020, it has been operating with a positive financial result.
