Abstract
Osigurateljna djelatnost pokazala se kao povijesna nužnost, poglavito u prometu zbog čega je osiguranje od automobilske odgovornosti prema Zakonu o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu (NN 151/05, 36/09, 75/09, 76/13, 152/14) dužan je sklopiti svaki sudionik u prometu. U ovom radu objasnit će se pojmovi osiguranja i reosiguranja te vrste osiguranja sa naglaskom na obvezno osiguranje od automobilske odgovornosti. Objasnit će se pojmovi premije osiguranja, osigurnine te bonusa i malusa koji se pojavljuju kod osiguranja od automobilske odgovornosti. Navest će se mjere koje su potrebne u slučaju da dođe do osiguranog slučaja (npr. prometna nesreća) kao i slučajevi kod kojih dolazi do isključenja iz osiguranja. Prikazat će se analiza osiguranja ERGO osiguranja d.d. i ponude osiguranja, kako osnovnog, tako i dodatnih pokrića i djelomičnog kaska koji se mogu ugovoriti uz redovno obvezno osiguranje. Za potrebe ovog rada izrađen je i informativni izračun cijene police obveznog osiguranja uz objašnjenje svih elemenata.
Abstract (english)
The insurance has been proven to be historical necessity, especially in traffic which is why the compulsory car insurance is obligant type of insurance for all traffic participants according to the Law of mandatory insurances in traffic. The aim of this study is to analyze the types of insurances and reinsurances, especially the obligant insurance of road motor vehicles. The terms of insurance fee, insurance payout, bonus and malus will be explained as they are used within mandatory insurance in traffic. The measures that must be undertaken if the insured case fulfills (e.g. car accident), as well as the cases which exclude from insurance will also be explained. The analisys of the ERGO insurance d.d. will be presented, the basic as well as extra insurance coverage and the parcial casco insurance which may be added into the insurance contract. For the purposes of presenting all the explained elements, the informative calculation of the price of insurance contract is made .
