Abstract
Završni rad je usmjeren na poslovanje i upravljanje obiteljskog poduzeća na primjeru “M.L.M.” d.o.o. Nova Bila. U radu se detaljno navode prednosti i nedostatci obiteljskog poslovanja u odnosu na druge. Također, naglasak je postavljen na ulogu direktora i koji svi tipovi upravljanja se mogu pojaviti u poduzećima. Obiteljsko poduzeće, kako i samo ime kaže, uključuje i članove obitelji u poslovanju. Za jednog od tih članova obitelji se očekuje da će preuzeti ulogu upravljanja poduzećem i nužno je da ta osoba prođe kroz određene faze koje će biti objašnjene u radu. Na tržištu posluje velik broj obiteljskih poduzeća, a jedno od njih je “M.L.M” d.o.o. Nova Bila poduzeće koje je dobar primjer uspješnog upravljanja i poslovanja obiteljskog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis is focused on the operation and management of a family business on the example of "M.L.M." d.o.o. New Bila. The paper details the advantages and disadvantages of family businesses compared to others. Also, emphasis is placed on the role of directors and all types of management that can appear in companies. A family business, as the name suggests, also includes family members in the business. One of these family members is expected to take on the role of managing the company and it is necessary for that person to go through certain stages that will be explained in the paper. A large number of family businesses operate on the market, and one of them is "M.L.M" d.o.o. Nova Bila is a company that is a good example of successful management and operation of a family business.
