Abstract
U ovom radu predstavit će se općenito značenje dionice kao i njene osnovne karakteristike. Osim samog definiranja dionice i elemenata koje ona sadrţi, vaţna je i njena podjela. Dionica kao bitna stavka na samom trţištu opisana je njena glavna podjela. Glavna podjela dionica odnosi se na redovite i preferencijalne koje svojim imateljima daju određena prava i mogućnosti. Osim opisivanja same dionice, kao bitne stavke trţišta, opisano je i samo trţište kapitala, te trţište dionica u Republici Hrvatskoj. Razvoj tržiša u Republici Hrvatskoj potječe još od 1907. godine, kada je djelovala pod imenom „Sekcija za promet efektima i robom“, a tek je 1918.godine ponovno krenula sa radom pod tadašnjim imenom „Zagrebačka burza za robu i vrednote. Na samom kraju analizirati će se tržište dionica u Republici Hrvatskoj, te kretanje cijena dionica Kraša od 2019. do 2022. godine.
Abstract (english)
Subject of this paper will be the meaning of stocks and their basic characteristics will be presented. Apart from defining the stock and the elements it contains, its division is also important. The stock as an important item on the market itself is described in its main division. The main division of stocks refers to regular and preferential stocks, which give their holders certain rights and opportunities. In addition to describing the stock itself, as an important item of the market, the capital market itself and the stock market in the Republic of Croatia are also described. The development of the market in the Republic of Croatia dates back to 1907, when it operated under the name "Section for Trade in Securities and Goods", and it was only in 1918 that it resumed operations under the then name "Zagreb Stock Exchange for Goods and Securities". At the very end, the stock market in the Republic of Croatia will be analyzed, as well as the price movement of Kraš shares from 2019 to 2022.
