Abstract
Dohotkom od nesamostalnog rada smatra se svaki primitak što ga zaposlenik ili druga fizička osoba ostvari po osnovi radnog odnosa nakon oduzimanja propisanih izdataka. Primicima u naravi se smatra se dohodak u naravi odnosno vrsta usluge ili koristi koju će zaposlenik ili druga fizička osoba primiti po osnovi radnog odnosa. Propisani su Zakonom o porezu na dohodak te Pravilnikom o porezu na dohodak. U ovom radu nalaze se definicije osnovnih informacija potrebnih za razumijevanje pojma dohodak od nesamostalnog rada, te ostale informacije potrebne za njegov obračun. Također prikazuje razlike između obračuna dohotka od nesamostalnog rada u odnosu na primitke u naravi.
Abstract (english)
Income from independant work is considered to be any income that an employee or any other physical person recieves on the basis o fan employement after deducting proper expenses. Recipets in nature are considered to be an income in nature, that is, the type of service or benifit that an employee or any other physical person will recieve on the basis of their employment. They are defined by the Income Tax Act and Income Tax Ordinance. This paper containes definitions of the basic information that are necessary to understand the concept of income from independant work and other informations necessary for its calculation. It also shows differences between the calculation of income from independant work in relation to recipets in nature.
