Abstract
Rad je usmjeren na analizu ponude životnog osiguranja na primjeru društva za osiguranje Merkur d.d. U radu se definira pojam životnog osiguranja te se analizira podjela životnog osiguranja kao i slučajevi kada osiguranik nije u mogućnosti plaćati premiju. Životno osiguranje je jako važan dio osiguranja jer omogućuje da čovjek zaštiti sebe i svoje bližnje, a istovremeno štedi i planira budućnost. Osiguranik osiguravajućem društvu plaća određenu premiju, a zauzvrat društvo isplaćuje osiguranu svotu u slučaju osiguranog slučaja. U Republici Hrvatskoj posluje 15 društava za osiguranje i reosiguranje, a jedno od njih je Merkur osiguranje kojem je čovjek i njegovo zdravlje u središtu njegovih poslovnih interesa i aktivnosti.
Abstract (english)
The work is focused on the analysis of the life insurance offer on the example of the insurance company Merkur d.d. The paper defines the term life insurance and analyzes the division of life insurance as well as cases when the insured is unable to pay the premium. Life insurance is a very important part of insurance because it allows us to protect ourselves and our loved ones, while at the same time saving and planning for the future. The insured pays a certain premium to the insurance company, and in return the company pays the insured amount in the event of an insured event. There are 15 insurance and reinsurance companies operating in the Republic of Croatia, and one of them is Merkur Insurance, which focuses on people and their health.
