Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema korekcije faktora snage. To je tehnika povećavanja faktora snage u uređajima za napajanje na način da se kratki visoki pulsevi struje izglade. Ovaj postupak se može provesti na aktivni ili pasivni način. Korekcijom faktora snage smanjuje se efektivna vrijednost ulazne struje te prividna ulazna snaga, a samim time povećava se faktor snage nelinearnog trošila kao što je primjerice istosmjerni visokofrekvencijski pretvarač (engl. DC-DC converter). U ovome radu predstavljena je aktivna korekcija faktora snage pomoću uzlaznog pretvarača. Pretvarač je upravljan pomoću mikrokontrolera. U ovom radu osim teorijskog pregleda prikazana je praktična izrada sklopa za korekciju faktora snage izrađenog u laboratoriju SOSS-a.
Abstract (english)
This work presents the power factor correction technique. It`s a technique of increasing the power factor of a power supply, in a way that short high-magnitude pulses of current get smoothed by power factor correction. This procedure can be done using either active or passive correction. By using power factor correction it is possible to reduce input RMS current and apparent input power, and therefore increase the power factor of non-linear load such as DC high frequency converter. In this work active power factor correction using boost converter is presented. Converter is driven by the help of a microcontroller. Besides the theoretical presentation of the power factor correction techniques in this work the realization of the PFC circuit is presented.
