Abstract
Tržište prodaje je pod svakodnevnim utjecajem pojave novih tehnologija i trendova. Kako bi se trgovci tome što bolje prilagodili potrebno je da prouče ponašanje potrošača te da im udovolje svojom ponudom proizvoda. Razvojem novih tehnologija te sve većim utjecajem interneta na život pojedinca, potrošači su se okrenuli alternativnim procesima kupovine. U ovome radu opisivati će se koji su to procesi, iz čega oni proizlaze te kakav utjecaj imaju na potrošače i trgovce. Za potrebe ovog završnog rada provedena je Google Forms anketa čiji su rezultati dokazali očekivane tvrdnje te će se oni analizirati na kraju rada.
Abstract (english)
The sales market is under the daily influence of the emergence of new technologies and trends. In order for retailers to better adapt to this, it is necessary to study the behavior of consumers and to satisfy them with their product offer. With the development of new technologies and the growing influence of the Internet on the lives of individuals, consumers have turned to alternative purchase processes. This paper will describe what these processes are, what they result from, and what impact they have on consumers and retailers. For the purposes of this final paper, a Google Forms survey was conducted, the results of which proved the expected claims, and they will be analyzed at the end of the paper.
