Abstract
Poslovna djelatnost koju obavlja pravna ili fizička osoba postavlja temelje modernog i konkurentnog gospodarstva EU. Tehnološke inovacije, globalizacija i rastuća važnost ljudskog kapitala oblikuju okoliš za razvoj poduzetničkih ideja koje se prevode u prosperitetan, dinamičan i na znanju utemeljen gospodarski sektor. Poduzetnička politika EU posvećuje posebnu pozornost potrebama početnika i postojećih malih i srednjih poduzeća (MSP) minimiziranjem potencijalnih rizika i poticanjem njihovog stalnog razvoja. Budući da važnost uloge poduzetništva u globalizaciji stalno raste, poslovno i pravno okruženje koje utječe na poduzetnike koji žele osnovati vlastito poslovanje zahtijeva daljnje razmatranje. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati EU dimenziju poduzetništva i predstaviti aktivnosti poduzete na razini zajednice za poticanje poduzetničke motivacije, smanjiti potencijalne rizike i stvoriti povoljno poslovno okruženje za rast i širenje malih i srednjih poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
A business carried out by a legal or natural person lays the foundations of a modern and competitive EU economy. Technological innovation, globalization and the growing importance of human capital are shaping the environment for the development of entrepreneurial ideas that translate into a prosperous dynamic and knowledge-based economic sector. EU enterprise policy pays special attention to the needs of start-ups and existing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by minimizing potential risks and encouraging their continued development. As the importance of the role of entrepreneurship in globalization is constantly growing, the business and legal environment that affects entrepreneurs who want to start their own business requires further consideration. The aim of this paper is to analyze the EU dimension of entrepreneurship and present activities undertaken at the community level to encourage entrepreneurial motivation, reduce potential risks and create a favorable business environment for the growth and expansion of small and medium enterprises.
