Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je analizirati društveno odgovorno poslovanje putničkih agencija. Posljednjih godina mijenja se stav putničkih agencija prema okolišu u turističkim destinacijama jer potrošači sve više podrţavaju odrţivi turizam. Putničke agencije koje društveno odgovorno posluju preuzimaju odgovornost za odrţivost pri čemu mogu utjecati na odluke i ponašanje turista i pruţatelja usluga. Zaključci ovog rada pokazuju kako turistički posrednici tek počinju ozbiljnije razvijati politiku društveno odgovornog poslovanja, a oni koji se zalaţu za njihovu provedbu uglavnom se odlučuju za akcije usmjerene na okoliš.
Abstract (english)
The goal of the final paper is to analyze the socially responsible business of travel agencies. In recent years, the attitude of travel agencies towards the environment in tourist destinations has changed, as consumers increasingly support sustainable tourism. Travel agencies that operate in a socially responsible manner assume responsibility for sustainability, where they can influence the decisions and behavior of tourists and service providers. The conclusions of this paper show that tourism intermediaries are just beginning to develop a socially responsible business policy more seriously, and those who advocate for their implementation mostly decide for actions focused on the environment.
