Abstract
Obiteljska poduzeća su ona poduzeća koja su u vlasništvu ili pod upravom obitelji. Svaka obitelj se odlučuje na ovaj poslovni pothvat u cilju ostvarenja dobiti. Obiteljska poduzeća su temeljni pokretači procvata ekonomije generacijama. Prijenos poslovanja je složen, dugotrajan proces koji se mora dobro pripremiti unaprijed. Složenost prijenosa poslovanja rezultat je pravnog, financijskog, organizacijskog i psihološkog aspekta ovog procesa. Svi članovi obitelji uključeni u posao moraju shvatiti da su njihova prava i odgovornosti različita kod kuće i na poslu. Budući da je prijenos vlasništva i upravljanja unutar obitelji samo jedna od mogućnosti rješavanja prijenosa u obiteljskom poslovanju, baze podataka kao što su Državni zavoda za statistiku i Financijske agencije sve više dobivaju na značaju za rješavanje problematike kod prijenosa na razini poduzeća, kako na nacionalnoj tako i na europskoj razini.
Abstract (english)
Family businesses are those businesses that are owned or managed by a family. Every family decides on this business venture in order to make a profit. Family businesses have been the fundamental drivers of economic prosperity for generations. Business transfer is a complex, long-term process that must be well prepared in advance. The complexity of business transfer is the result of legal, financial, organizational and psychological aspects of this process. All family members involved in the business must understand that their rights and responsibilities are different at home and at work. Since the transfer of ownership and management within the family is only one of the possibilities for solving the transfer in family business, databases such as those of the State Statistical Office and Financial Agencies are increasingly gaining importance for solving transfer problems at the company level, both at the national and at the European level.
