Abstract
Cilj završnog rada bio je na praktičnom primjeru poduzeća Naprijed d.o.o. prikazati načine istraživanja tržišta u svrhu razvoja novog proizvoda. Predmet rada bio je teorijski pojasniti tehnike istraživanja tržišta prilikom razvoja novog proizvoda. U empirijskom dijelu rada prikazane su tehnike istraživanja tržišta koje primjenjuje poduzeće Naprijed d.o.o. te anketni upitnik o interesu kupaca za postojeće proizvode na tržištu. Provedenim istraživanjem je utvrđen način prikupljanja ideja za razvoja novih proizvoda. Anketni upitnik pokazao je da kupci najviše cijene jednostavan i moderan dizaj proizvoda. Objasnit će se odnos teorijskog i emprijskog dijela rada i njihova povezanost s ciljem razvoja novog proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the final paper is to show market research for the purpose of developing a new product using the practical example of Naprijed d.o.o. The subject of the paper is to theoretically clarify market research techniques during the development of a new product. In the empirical part of the work, market research techniques applied by the company Naprijed d.o.o. and a survey questionnaire on customer interest in existing products on the market. The conducted research determined the way of doing business and developing new products. The survey questionnaire showed that customers value the simple and modern design of the product the most. It will explain the relationship between the theoretical and empirical part of the work and their connection with the goal of developing a new product.
