Abstract
Prema Zakonu o porezu na dohodak osnovni izvori dohotka su primici od nesamostalnog rada, samostalne djelatnosti, zatim dohotka od kapitala te od imovine i imovinskih prava. Dohotkom od imovine i imovinskih prava smatra se dohodak koji porezni obveznik ostvari od davanja u zakup ili najam nekretnina i pokretnina,od iznajmljivanja stanova, soba i postelja putnicima i turistima i organiziranja kampova,od vremenski ograničenog ustupanja autorskih prava, prava industrijskog vlasništva, drugih imovinskih prava te od otuđenja nekretnina i imovinskih prava. Dohotkom od imovine smatra se i davanje u podzakup ili podnajam nekretnina i pokretnina te otuđenje posebnih vrsta imovine.
Abstract (english)
According to the Income Tax Act, the main sources of income are receipts from independent work, self-employment, then income from capital and from property and property rights. Income from property and property rights is considered to be the income that the taxpayer earns from leasing or renting real estate and movable property, from renting apartments, rooms and beds to travelers and tourists and organizing camps, from the time-limited assignment of copyrights, industrial property rights, other property rights rights. rights and from alienation of real estate and property rights. Subletting or subleasing of real estate and movable property, as well as alienation of special types of property, are considered income from property.
