Abstract
Prodaja na daljinu je oblik prodaje u kojemu se proizvode ili usluge potrošačima nudi putem sredstava za daljinsku komunikaciju. Prodaja robe putem kataloga, televizije, interneta, prospekata, reklama naziva se prodaja robe na daljinu. Reklamiranje robe za prodaju na daljinu odvija se putem radio stanica, tiska, telefonom ili preko televizijski reklama. Prodaja na daljinu je daljinska komunikacija u kojoj za vrijeme reklamiranja, pregovora, sklapanja ugovora i dostave ne dolazi do istodobne fizičke prisutnosti prodavača i prodavača. Prodaja na daljinu omogućila je lakšu i bržu prodaju te njen nagli porast je krenuo pojavom interneta te u doba pandemije. Mnoga poduzeća razvijaju svoj posao putem prodaje na daljinu, neke od njih su Amazon.com i Studio Moderna koji su navedeni u radu te putem njihovog poslovanja uočljiv je značaj prodaje na daljinu.
Abstract (english)
Long-distance sale is a form of selling which is characterized by offering products or services via remote communication. TV, catalogues, the internet, flyers or commercials are all forms of long-distance sales. The customer and the salesman do not encounter physically during advertising, negotiation, contract signing or delivery in this form of selling. The aforementioned form has simplified and accelerated the rate at which sales are made, marked by the sudden increase in pandemic-related internet usage. Many companies, such as Amazon or Studio Moderna, develop their bussiness using long-distance sales, as can be seen in the paper.
