Abstract
Ovaj rad zamišljen je kao podrobna analiza medija i njihovog utjecaja u suvremenom svijetu, te načina na koji ih organizacije koriste za promidžbu vlastitih događaja. Mediji su neizbježna sastavnica ljudske svakodnevnice. Posebna pozornost posvećena je društvenim mrežama i masovnim medijima kojima se većina organizacija služi zbog moći koju one imaju nad velikom populacijom potrošača. Podjela medija prema njihovim karakteristikama je ono čime započinje analiza ove teme, a potom slijedi riječ o organizaciji događaja i alatima kojima se organizatori koriste da bi promovirali događaje putem društvenih mreža. Obrađena su četiri poznata događaja i manifestacije u Republici Hrvatskoj na čijem primjeru se vidi na koji način se koriste društvene mreže i suvremeni mediji u promociji događaja. Pažnja se skreće i na ciljnu publiku svakog od obrađenih događaja te na influencere i javne ličnosti koje pospješuju prepoznatljivost jednog događanja u moru ostalih. U ovom završnom radu na primjeru organizacije četiriju događaja prikazana je važnost i moć društvenih mreža kao jednog od najpopularnijih načina oglašavanja danas, te su istaknute brojne prednosti društvenih mreža kojima se organizatori koriste u svrhu pospješivanja prepoznatljivosti samih događaja.
Abstract (english)
This paper is intended as a detailed analysis of the media and their activity in the modern world, and the way organizations it to promote their own events. Special attention is paid to social networks and mass media, which various organizations and companies use today, because they have recognized the power the media has over a large audience of people. The division of media according to their characteristics is what begins the analysis of this topic, followed by the organization of events and the tools used by organizers to promote events through social networks. Four well-known events and manifestations in the Republic of Croatia are covered, the example of which shows how social networks and modern media are used. Attention is drawn to the audience of each event and the relevant persons who promote the recognition of one event in the sea of others. In this final paper, using the example of the management of four events, the importance and power of social networks as the most used medium today is shown, and the numerous advantages of Internet platforms used by organizers in order to increase the recognition of events are highlighted.
