Abstract
Ne postoji usuglašena definicija obiteljskog poduzeća. Postotak vlasništva, strateška kontrola, uključenost više generacija i namjera da posao ostane u obitelji među brojnim su kriterijima po kojima stručnjaci razlikuju obiteljsko poduzeće od ostalih vrsta poduzeća. Obiteljska poduzeća danas su prepoznata kao važna i posebna organizacija u svjetskom gospodarstvu. Obiteljska poduzeća sada djeluju u svakoj zemlji i možda su najstariji oblik poslovne organizacije, ali tek su u posljednjem desetljeću identificirane i proučene njihove jedinstvene prednosti. U ovom radu ćemo obraditi pojam obiteljskoj poduzeća i njegovu važnost za nacionalno gospodarstvo.
Abstract (english)
There is no agreed definition of a family business. The percentage of ownership, strategic control, the involvement of several generations and the intention to keep the business in the family are among the many criteria by which experts distinguish a family business from other types of businesses. Today, family businesses are recognized as an important and special organization in the world economy. Family businesses now operate in every country and may be the oldest form of business organization, but only in the last decade have their unique strengths been identified and studied. In this paper, we will discuss the term family business and its importance for the national economy.
