Abstract
Revizija je važan proces koji omogućava vjerodostojan prikaz financijskih izvještaja određenog poduzeća. Revizija je zastupljena u društvu još od davnih stoljeća, ali u Hrvatskoj se počela javljati tek krajem 20. stoljeća. Glavni revizijski cilj je da se izrazi mišljenje o realnosti i objektivnosti financijskih izvještaja poduzeća. Kroz rad je obrađena općenito tema revizije (podjela, regulatorni okvir, procesi) te revizija procesa prodaje koja je ujedno i tema rada. Proces prodaje je usmjeren na prodaju robe i usluga. Proces prodaje i proces nabave su dva najvažnija računovodstvena procesa koji utječu na financijske izvještaje.
Abstract (english)
An audit is a very important process that allows a reliable presentation of the financial statements of a particular company. It has been present in society since ancient times, but in Croatia it started appearing at the end of the 20th century. The main goal of audit is to express opinion whether financial reports are realistic and objective. The paper deals with the general topic of audit (division, regulatory framework, processes) and the audit of the sales process, which is at the same time the topic of the thesis. The sales process is focused on the sale of good and services. The sales process and procurement process are the two most important accounting processes that have effect on financial statements.
