Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada su čimbenici koji utječu na potrošača prilikom donošenja odluke o kupnji. Potrošač je ključ marketinga, a da bi se adekvatno mogli definirati marketinški planovi od ključne je važnosti istražiti na adekvatan način potrošače, njihove karakteristike i potrebe, način života, kao i načine donošenja odluke o kupnji. Potrebno je detektirati tko kupuje, kada, gdje, te koliko često. Može se reći da na ponašanje potrošača utječu četiri ključna čimbenika, svaki na svoj način, i to kulturni čimbenici, socijalni čimbenici, osobni čimbenici, te psihološki čimbenici. Provedeno je istraživanje putem anketnog upitnika na društvenim mrežama, a ukupno je obuhvaćeno 113 ispitanika. Utvrđeni su čimbenici i karakteristike koji utječu na ponašanje potrošača prilikom kupovine.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is the factors that influence the consumer when making purchase decisions. The consumer is the key to marketing, and in order to adequately define marketing plans, it is important to research in an adequate way consumers, their characteristics and needs, lifestyle, as well as ways of making purchasing decisions. It is necessary to detect who is buying, when, where, and how often. It can be said that consumer behavior is influenced by four key factors, each in its own way, cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors. The research was conducted through a survey on social networks, and a total of 113 respondents were included. Factors and characteristics that influence consumer behavior when shopping are identified.
