Abstract
U uvodnome dijelu su ukratko opisane debelostjene posude i debelostjene cijevi, te su dani osnovni izrazi za radijalna i cirkularna naprezanja, te izraz za radijalni pomak za debelostjene posude opterećene unutarnjim i vanjskim tlakom. Prikazan je postupak dimenzioniranja debelostjenih cijevi prema teoriji najvećeg posmičnog naprezanja i teoriji najveće distorzijske energije (HMH teorija). U drugome dijelu su opisane sastavljene debelostjene cijevi, te su dani izrazi za optimalnu vrijednost kontaktnog tlaka i optimalnog preklopa. Prikazana je usporedba raspodjele radijalnih i cirkularnih naprezanja kod jednodijelnih i sastavljenih cijevi jednakog i unutarnjeg vanjskog promjera, popraćene Excelovim tablicama prikazanim u prilogu.
Abstract (english)
In the introductory part, thick-walled vessels and thick-walled pipes are briefly described, and the basic expressions for radial and circular stresses, as well as the expression for radial displacement for thick-walled vessels loaded with internal and external pressure. The procedure for dimensioning thick-walled pipes according to the theory of maximum shear stress and the theory of maximum distortion energy (HMH theory) is presented. In the second part, assembled thick-walled pipes are described, and expressions for the optimal value of the contact pressure and the optimal overlap are given.A comparison of the distribution of radial and circular stresses in one-piece and assembled pipes of the same internal and external diameter is shown, accompanied by the Excel tables shown in the attachment.
