Abstract
Bolovanje ili privremena nesposobnost za rad je vrijeme u kojem radnik neobavljan svoj posao već prima naknadu na teret poslodavca ili na teret Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje ovisno o vrsti i duljini trajanja bolovanja, iznimno troškovi naknade mogu teretiti i državni proračun. Bolovanja se dijele na ona koja su prouzročena bolesti samog osiguranika, kada osiguranik treba pružati njegu užem članu svoje obitelji te ona bolovanja koja se koriste u prilikama kao što su rođenje djeteta tj. rodiljini i roditeljski dopust, stanke za dojenje. Ovaj završni rad prikazuje kako te vrste bolovanja evidentiramo u JOPPD obrascima te obračune naknada i izračune radnih sati, tj sati provedenih u privremenoj nezaposlenosti.
Abstract (english)
Sick or temporary incapacity for work is the time during which the worker does not perform his job but receives compesation at the expanse of the employer or at the expense of the Croatian Institute for Health Insurance, depending on the type and lenght of the sick leave,exceptionally compensation costs may also be charged to the state budget. We divide sick days into those that are caused by the insured`s own illness, when the insured needs to provide care to a close member of his family, and those that are used for occasions such as the birth of a child, i.e. maternity and parental leave.breastfeeding breaks. This final paper shows how these types of sick leave are recorded in the JOPPD forms, as well as compensation calculations and calculations of working hours, i.e. hours spent in temporary unemployment.
