Abstract
Hidroelektrana Đale (HE Đale) je protočna niskotlačna pribranska hidroelektrana s dnevnom akumulacijom ukupne proizvodne snage 40.8 MW. Smještena je 5.8 km nizvodno od Trilja u Sinjskom polju, u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. U kanjonu rijeke Cetine izgrađena je brana Đale koja formira akumulacijski bazen kojim se kojim se postiže akumulacija za dnevno izravnanje dotoka Cetine. Puštena je u pogon 1989 godine. U radu koristi energetski potencijal pada vode od 21 m između Sinjskog polja i umjetnog jezera Prančevići. Vode koje se sakupljaju u akumulaciji Đale su regulirane i kontrolirano propuštane vode uzvodnih hidroelektrana, koje se propuštaju koritom rijeke Cetine prema HE Zakučac. Radom HE Đale doprinosi se boljem korištenju voda donje Cetine u hidroenergetskom smislu. Srednja godišnja proizvodnja električne energije je 128 GWh, dok je maksimalna proizvodnja od 208 GWh postignuta 2010. godine. HE Đale ima sposobnost pružanja pomoćnih usluga tercijarne regulacije i crnog starta. Hidroelektrana je vezana na elektroenergetsku mrežu preko dalekovoda 110 kV. U HE Đale uveden je certificirani sustav upravljanja okolišem, kvalitetom i energijom. Organizacijski je elektrana u grupi glavne hidroelektrane (GHE) Orlovac. Upravljanje proizvodnjom provodi se kroz Centar proizvodnje Dalmacije.
Abstract (english)
Hydroelectric power plant (HPP) Đale is free-flowing, low pressure dam with daily accumulation and installed power of 40,8 MW. It is located 5,8 km downstream of Trilj in Sinj field, Split-Dalmatia county. The accumulation lake dam Đale was built in canyon of river Cetina. It was commissioned in 1989. It uses 21 meter water drop between Sinj field and artificial lake Prančevići to generate electricity. All the waters of upstream catchment areas of the Cetina river flow through HPP Đale, and after being utilizied in HPP Đale, they pass through the river Cetina riverbed to the HPP Zakučac. HPP Đale contributes to better usage of water in downstream of river Cetina. The average annual electricity generation amounts to 128 GWh, while maximal electricity generation of 208 GWh was acomplished in 2010. HPP Đale has the ability of tertiary regulation and black start. Hydroelectric power plant is connected to electric power system with 110 kV transmission line. HPP Đale has introduced environmental, quality and energy managment system. HPP Đale belongs to main HPP Orlovac group. Electricity generation is managed by Generation centre Dalmatia (GCD).
