Abstract
Pod platnim prometom smatramo sve vrste plaćanja između različitih subjekata (osoba) temeljem međusobnog pravnog osnova. Zakonom o platnom prometu uređuje se platni promet, i to platne usluge, pružatelji platnih usluga, obveze informiranja korisnika platnih usluga o uvjetima za pružanje usluga i pruženim platnim uslugama, te druga prava i obveze u vezi s pružanjem i korištenjem platnih usluga, transakcijski računi i izvršenje platnih transakcija između kreditnih institucija, osnivanje, rad i nadzor nad institucijama za platni promet, te osnivanje, rad i nadzor nad platnim sustavima. Cilj rada je prikazati odgovornost korisnika za neautorizirane platne transakcije.
Abstract (english)
Under payment transactions we consider all types of payments between different entities (persons) on the basis of mutual legal basis. The Payment Operations Act regulates payment operations, namely payment services, payment service providers, obligations to inform payment service users about the conditions for the provision of services and provided payment services, and other rights and obligations related to the provision and use of payment services, transaction accounts and execution of payment transactions between credit institutions, establishment, operation and supervision of payment institutions, and establishment, operation and supervision of payment systems. The aim of this paper is to show the responsibility of users for unauthorized payment transactions.
