Abstract
Osiguranje je namirivanje potreba subjekta ugroženog rizicima uz uvjet da ih je moguće procijeniti i da štete po tim rizicima nastaju slučajno. Zaštita se ostvaruje tako da se sredstvima koja su unaprijed prikupljena, točnije premije, koriste za nadoknađivanje materijalnih i nematerijalnih gubitaka. Osiguranje u trgovačkoj djelatnosti obuhvaća osigurljiv rizik svojstven poduzetničkim aktivnostima. Trgovačkim (komercijalnim) rizicima izložene su neproizvodne djelatnosti gospodarstva. Rizici osiguranja klasificiraju se sukladno razredima opasnosti što opet ovisi o djelatnosti kojom se osiguranik bavi. U okviru ovog rada objašnjena su osiguranja koja su vezani za poslovanje trgovine kao što je osiguranje tereta, osiguranje robe, osiguranje zaliha, osiguranje poslovnih prostora tj. prodajnih objekata, opreme i zalihe robe u trgovini/skladištu te osiguranje od zastoja u poslovanju pokriva troškove. Robu je potrebno osigurati i tijekom prijevoza što je obuhvaćeno u okviru Cargo osiguranja gdje se navodi da se tim osiguranjima pokriva šteta nastala uslijed fizičkog gubitka i oštećenja robe prilikom međunarodnog ili domaćeg prijevoza.
Abstract (english)
Insurance is the mutual satisfaction of the needs of endangered entities, which arise by chance and can be assessed. The purpose of protection is achieved by pre-collected funds or premiums, which are used later to compensate for tangible and intangible losses. Trade insurance covers insurable risks inherent in entrepreneurial activities. Non-productive activities of the economy are exposed to trade (commercial) risks. Insurance risks are classified according to the classes of danger in relation to the activity in which the insured is engaged. This paper explains insurance related to trade operations such as cargo insurance, goods insurance, inventory insurance, insurance of business premises, ie sales facilities, equipment and stocks of goods in trade / warehouse, and insurance against downtime covers costs. Goods must also be insured during transport, which is covered by Cargo Insurance, which states that this insurance covers damages caused by physical loss and damage to goods in international or domestic transport.
