Abstract
Tema ovoga završnog rada je automatizacija kotla centralnog grijanja. U uvodu radu će biti prikazan princip rada kotla centralnog grijanja te će biti opisane pojedine komponente sustava. Na temelju liste zahtjeva obavit će se automatizacija centralnog grijanja i opisati će se problemi vezani uz automatizaciju. Automatizacija sustava centralnog grijanja biti će provedena primjenom u programskom paketu Siemens LOGO! Soft Comfort koji je razumljiv i jednostavan za uporabu te se koristi blokovski način programiranja. Prema ulaznim podacima koji se očitavaju senzorima i slanjem naponskog ili strujnog signala PLC računalu vrši se automatski rad sustava prema zadanom algoritmu. Opisan je tok signala sustava od početka dobave goriva prema plameniku, te izgaranje smjese. Posebna je pažnja posvećena sigurnosti rada kotla praćenjem radnih parametara kao što su tlak i temperatura. Svi radni parametri su prikazani na ekranu Logo uređaja.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final paper is the automation of the central heating boiler. The paper will present the principle of operation of the central boiler and describe the individual components of the system. Based on the list of requirements, the automation of central heating will be solved and the problems affecting automation will be described. The automation of the central heating system will be performed in the Siemens LOGO! Soft Comfort software package, which is understandable for beginners and those familiar with the block programming mode. According to the input data read by the sensors and the voltage signal sent, the PLC computer programs the automation system. The signal flow of the system from the start of oil supply to the burner will be described, as well as the combustion of the same mixture. Special attention is paid to the safety of boiler operation by monitoring operating parameters such as pressure and temperature.
