Abstract
Krajnji cilj ovog rada je izrada internet aplikacije za rezervaciju i iznajmljivanje apartmana. Aplikacija podržava pretragu apartmana po različitim kriterijima, korisničko i administratorsko sučelje, prilagodljiva je uređajima različitih veličina te plaćanje u testnom okruženju (engl. sandbox environment). Implementacija aplikacije je zamišljena tako da bude izrađena u dva odvojena modula koji ne ovise striktno jedan o drugome, već se može zamijeniti jedan od njih implementacijom u drugom jeziku ili razvojnom sučelju. Poslužiteljska aplikacija (engl. backend) izrađena je u Node.js izvedbenoj okolini (engl. runtime library), koja se povezuje na NoSQL bazu podataka MongoDB uz pomoć Mongoose ODM-a (engl. Object Document Mapper). Korisničko sučelje (engl. user interface) je realizirano JavaScript bibliotekom React. Za stiliziranje korisničkog sučelja, korištena je kombinacija React Bootstrap paketa, razvojnog sučelja Bootstrap te vlastitog CSS-a (engl. Cascading Style Sheet).
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this web application is the reservation and hosting of accommodation. The application supports searching for accommodation based on different filters, user and administrator user interfaces, it’s responsive to screens of different sizes as well as payment in a sandbox environment. The implementation was split into two separate modules which aren't strictly dependent on each other, rather, you can swap one of the modules with an implementation in another language or framework. The backend application was developed using the Node.js runtime library, which connects to a NoSQL database via the Mongoose ODM. The user interface was implemented using the React JavaScript library. For the styling of the user interface, a combination of React Boostrap npm package, Boostrap framework and custom CSS was used.
