Abstract
Dugotrajna imovina je imovina poduzeća koja se pretvara u novčani oblik u razdoblju koje je duže od godine dana. Ova vrsta imovine uključuje sredstva koja poduzeće koristi trajno i koja je moguće unovčiti. Dugotrajna imovina može biti: materijalna, nematerijalna, financijska ili potraživanja. Dugotrajna materijalna imovina obuhvaća sve što poduzeće koristi za proizvodnju, najam ili administraciju. Dok je dugotrajna opipljiva, nematerijalna je neopipljiva, tj. nema fizičkog oblika. U nematerijalnu imovinu poduzeća spadaju prava, zaštita ili određene povlastice. Dugotrajna financijska imovina obuhvaća ulaganja poduzeća s ciljem stvaranja određene koristi za poduzeće. Dugotrajna potraživanja obuhvaćaju potraživanja poduzeća na temelju različitih poslovnih transakcija s dospijećem duljim od godine dana (od dana bilance). Svrha ovog završnog rada je prikazati poduzeće Brodosplit d.d., tj. njegove opće podatke, financijske pokazatelje, a s najvećim naglaskom na dugotrajnu imovinu u razdoblju od 2016. do 2019. godine.
Abstract (english)
Fixed assets are assets of an enterprise that are converted into cash over a period of more than one year. This type of asset includes all assets that company use permanently and that can be cashed. Fixed assets can be: tangible, intangible, financial or receivables. Tangible fixed assets include everything that the company uses for production, lease or administration. While long-term is tangible, intangible is intangible, i.e. it has no physical form. The intangible assets of an enterprise include rights, protections or certain privileges. Long -term financial assets include investments of the company to create a certain benefit for the company. Longterm receivables include corpo rate receivables based on various business transactions with a maturity of more than one year (from the balance sheet date). The purpose of this final paper is to present the company Brodosplit d.d. - its general data, financial indicators, with the greatest emphasis on fixed assets in the period from 2016 to 2019.
