Abstract
Ljudski potencijali nisu samo ljudi u organizaciji, oni u poduzeću predstavljaju ukupna znanja vještine, sposobnosti i talente. Njihovo upravljanje tumači se kao usmjeravanje određenih aktivnosti u svrhu ostvarenja upravljačkih ciljeva. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati koliko važnu ulogu ljudski potencijali imaju u poduzećima, a pogotovo u uslužnim poduzećima kao što su hoteli. Kada je riječ o pružanju usluga u hotelu u prijamnom odjelu, gdje važnu ulogu imaju ljudi, prvi dojam je najvažniji. Ljudski potencijali ne ostavljaju samo prvi dojam o sebi, već i o cijelom načinu hotelskog poslovanja gdje su zaposleni. Proces selekcije, obuke i motivacije ključ su postavljanja standarda poslovanja među zaposlenicima. Prvi dojam je često presudan, naročito kada se radi o pružanju usluga u hotelu, gdje gosti očekuju potpunu posvećenost i ljubaznost od prisutnog osoblja. Iz tog razloga osoblje prijamnog odjela čini jednu veoma važnu kariku između gosta i hotela.
Abstract (english)
Human resources are not just people in the organization, they represent the overall knowledge, skills, abilities, and talents in the company. Their management is interpreted as directing certain activities to achieve management goals. This thesis aims to s how how important the role of human resources is in companies, especially in service companies such as hotels. When it comes to providing services in a hotel reception department, where people play an important role, the first impression is the most important. Human resources leave not only the first impression of themselves but also of the whole way of hotel business where they are employed. The process of selection, training, and motivation are key to setting business standards among employees. The first impression is often crucial, especially when it comes to providing services in a hotel, where 4 guests expect complete dedication and kindness from the staff. For this reason, the reception staff makes very important link between the guest and the hotel.
