Abstract
Razvoj poduzetništva stavio je ličnost poduzetnika u fokus brojnih istraživanja. Poduzetnički posao je jako dinamičan te zahtjeva predanost, mnogo vremena i konstantan rad. Uspješan poduzetnik je ona osoba koja je unatoč stresu i svim poteškoćama spremna i dovoljno motivirana da ostvari svoje ideje. Takva osoba posjeduje niz vještina i karakteristika potrebnih za ostvarenje uspjeha. Za uspjeh nije dovoljno samo znanje nego i određene osobine ličnosti te stav. Uspješni poduzetnici su veoma nadarene osobe sa izraženim poslovnim duhom i sposobnostima uz pomoć kojih spremno koriste sve prilike i ostvaruju rezultate. Te osobe imaju čvrstu vjeru u sebe i ono što rade, preuzimaju rizik i maksimalno su posvećeni cilju.
Abstract (english)
Development of the entrepreneurial business has brought the entrepreneurs personality into the focus of many researches. Entrepreneurial business is very dynamic and it requires dedication, lots of time and constant work. Successful entrepreneur is a person who is ready and motivated enough to realize his ideas despite hurdles and stress. That is a person who has lots of traits and characteristics which are required to achieve success. To be successful knowledge is not enough, you need to have the attitude and certain personality traits. Successful entrepreneurs are gifted people with strong business spirit and abil ities with the help of which they achieve good results. They have strong self-belief; they take risk and they are maximally committed to the goal.
