Abstract
Komunikacija je proces razmjene poruka među ljudima verbalnim ili neverbalnim putem. Verbalna komunikacija odvija se putem govora te podrazumijeva govor i slušanje. Neverbalna komunikacija uključuje govor tijela, izraze lica i geste. Smatra se da povijest komunikacije počinje stvaranjem jezika. Jezik je alat koji omogućava razvoj društva. Pomoću njega prenose se poruke bez obzira koliko one bile složene. Komunikacija olakšava život i sporazumijevanje ljudi. Ljudi su oduvijek međusobno komunicirali na razne načine: crtanje po pećinama, pisanje po kamenu i glini... Kao i sve ostalo tako je i komunikacija s vremenom napredovala što je rezultiralo svime ovime što imamo na dohvat ruke. Danas je nabavljanje i korištenje materijala za pisanje lako i jednostavno, ali je bilo jako složeno izmisiliti nešto novo i onda to predstaviti svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Communication is a proces of message exchange among people, including verbal and non-verbal messages. Verbal communication is done throught speach and it includes speaking and listening. Non-verbal communication includes body language, facial expressions and gestures. It is belived that history of communication begins with creation of language. Language is a tool that allows development of society messages, no matter how complicated they are, can be passed throught language. Communication makes lives easier and interaction between people more simple. People have always been communicating on different ways: cave painting, writing on stone and clay.... Communication has developed over the time which resulted in technology that we have nowadays. Today, it is easy to obtain and use writing material, but it was challenging to develop something new and to present it to the world.
