Abstract
U ovom radu demonstrirano je na koji način različite konstrukcijske izvedbe cjevovoda mogu imati utjecaja na gubitke energije pri strujanju vode kroz cijevnu instalaciju, poštujući propise iz kojih proizlazi potreba za što većom brzinom strujanja kroz cjevovod u svrhu očuvanja higijene pitke vode. U tu svrhu korišten je postojeći model instalacije pitke vode. U teoretskom dijelu završnog rada analizirani su uzroci pojave gubitaka energije uslijed strujanja fluida, te je prikazan postupak proračuna i dimenzioniranja sustava pitke vode. Detaljno je opisan model instalacija pitke vode koji je korišten u praktičnom dijelu rada. U praktičnom dijelu rada izvršeno je mjerenje radnih parametara modela instalacija pitke vode za odabrane režime rada. Mjerenjem gubitka energije (pada tlaka) na modelu, izmjerene vrijednosti su uspoređene s teoretski izračunatim vrijednostima. Proračun je izvršen u odnosu na hodogram opisan prema standardu DIN 1988-300.
Abstract (english)
This paper demonstrates how different pipeline designs can have an impact on energy losses due to water flow through a pipe installation, respecting the regulations that necessitate the highest possible flow rate through the pipeline in order to maintain drinking water hygiene. For this purpose, the existing model of potable water installation was used. In the theoretical part of the final paper, the causes of energy losses due to fluid flow are analysed, and the procedure of calculation and dimensioning of potable water systems is presented. The model of potable water installations used in the practical part of the paper is described in details. In the practical part of the paper, the measurement of operating parameters of the potable water installation model for selected operating modes was performed. By measuring the energy loss (pressure drop) on the model, the measured values were compared with the theoretically calculated values. The calculation was performed in relation to the flow chart described according to DIN 1988-300.
