Abstract
U ovom radu definirat će se pojmovi poduzetništvo i poduzetnik. Poduzetništvo je posebna gospodarska funkcija ili skup više meĊusobno povezanih funkcija usmjerenih na pokretanje novih poslovnih inicijativa s ciljem oĉekivanja iznad prosjeĉnih prihoda. Poduzetništvo, ustvari, uvijek znaĉi viši stupanj sposobnosti da se uoĉi i participira izvanredna prilika za mogući poslovni uspjeh te poduzetniĉku odluĉnost da se uĊe u akciju i kada je poduzetniĉki rizik ... More izuzetno visok. Iz te definicije moţemo zakljuĉiti da je poduzetnik osoba koja mora posjedovati odreĊeno znanje i neke vještine koje su kljuĉne da bi se upravljalo tvrtkom, odnosno da poslovanje bude uspješno. Prikazat će se i tipovi poduzetnika kojih, po mišljenjima odreĊenih autora, ima mnogo. Praktiĉni dio rada predstavlja prikaz poduzetnika Jeff Bezosa i Matije Ţulja, koji su uz pomoć tehnologije razvili svoje tvrtke. Ukratko će seobraditi temee-trgovine i digitalizacije u poslovanju. In this paper, the terms entrepreneurship and entrepreneur will be defined. Entrepreneurship is a special economic function or a set of several interrelated functions aimed at launching new business initiatives with the aim of expecting above-average revenues. Entrepreneurship, in fact, always means a higher degree of ability to spot and participate in an extraordinary opportunity for possible business success and an entrepreneurial determination to take action even when... More entrepreneurial risk is extremely high. From this definition we can conclude that an entrepreneur is a person who must possess certain knowledge and some skills that are crucial to manage a company, or to make the business successful. The types of entrepreneurs, which, in the opinion of certain authors, there are many, will also be presented.
