Abstract
Ovaj rad proučava problematiku potrošnje energije ugradbenih računala. Arduino kontroler podržava razne načine rada u kojima se može postići značajno smanjenje potrošnje električne energije. Kao primjer koristi se sklop digitalnog LED sata koji je realiziran pomoću Arduino platforme, DS3231 senzora (RTC) te LED trake WS2821B. Svaka brojka na satu prikazana je pomoću sedam segmenata. Ušteda energije vrši se u trenutku kada sklop nema potrebu za izvršavanjem nikakve aktivnosti. Za to vrijeme kontroler koristi štedni način rada u kojem troši vrlo malo energije koja je potrebna za osnovne funkcije. Ideja rada je izrada sklopa koji može dugotrajno raditi na bateriji.
Abstract (english)
This paper studies the power consumption issue of embedded computers. Arduino controller supports various modes of operation which can significantly reduce power consumption. As an example, is used digital Led clock which is realized by using Arduino platform, DS3231 sensor (RTC) and LED tape WS2821B. Each number on the clock is represented by seven segments. Energy savings are made at the time when the circuit has no need to perform any activity. During that time, controller use a power saving mode and consumes minimal energy required for basic functions. The idea of this paper is to make an assembly that can work on a battery for a long time.
