Abstract
Naziv ovog završnog rada je “Automatska regulacija napona sabirnica 30 kV u TS 220/110/30 kV Bilice“. Cijelo priobalno područje Šibensko-kninske županije (Elektre Šibenik) napaja se iz transformatorske stanice TS Bilice. Sabirnice 30 kV izvedene su kao dvostruke, a zbog značajki mreže sabirnice 30 kV su razdvojene, a napon na njima je različito reguliran (uobičajeno pogonsko stanje). Na jedan sustav sabirnica priključeni su dugi nadzemni vodovi 30 kV prema TS Tisno i TS Vodice (zapadni dio distribucijskog područja) te prema TS Primošten, vjetroelektrani Orlice i TS Rogoznica (južni dio distribucijskog područja). Na drugi sustav sabirnica spojeni su kraći vodovi koji napajaju grad Šibenik i njegovo šire područje (TS Lozovac, TS Šibenik 1, vjetroelektrana Trtar-Krtolin i TS Podi. Konfiguracija 30 kV mreže preko koje su priključene TS Tisno i TS Vodice, odnosno TS Primošten, VE Orlice i TS Rogoznica s aspekta pouzdanosti pogona (dugi radijalni vodovi) i naponskih prilika u mreži izuzetno je nepovoljna. Kako se radi o turističkim područjima vršno opterećenje spomenuti konzum doseže u ljetnim mjesecima, a karakteriziraju ga velike razlike u opterećenju na godišnjoj (proljeće - ljeto) i dnevnoj razini (u danima vršnog opterećenja u ljetnom periodu). S obzirom na opisano stanje, a kako bi se napon održao u dozvoljenim granicama, na transformatoru 110/30 kV koji napaja ovaj sustav sabirnica aktivirana je regulacija napona ovisno o opterećenju.
Abstract (english)
The title of this final work is "Automatic voltage regulation of 30 kV busbar in TS 220/110/30 kV Bilice ". The entire coastal area of Šibenik-Knin County (Elektre Šibenik) is supplied from the transformer station TS 220/110/30 kV Bilice. The 30 kV buses are constructed as double, and due to the features of the 30 kV bus network, they are separated and the voltage is regulated differently (the normal operating state). On one bus system long overhead lines to TS Tisno and TS Vodice (western part of the distribution area) and to TS Primošten, Wind power plant Orlice and TS Rogoznica (southern part of the distribution area) are connected. On second bus system shorter lines to the city of Šibenik and its wider area (TS Lozovac, TS Šibenik 1, wind power plant Trtar-Krtolin and TS Podi) are connected. From the reliability and the voltage conditions (long radial lines) point of view, the configuration of the 30 kV network to TS Tisno and TS Vodice, and TS Primošten, VE Orlice and TS Rogoznica is extremely unfavorable. These aref tourist areas, with the peak load in the summer months characterized by big differences in the load on annual (spring - summer) and daily levels (in days of peak load in the summer period). Considering the described situation, and in order to maintain the voltage within the permitted limits the voltage regulation depending on the load is activated on the 110/30 kV transformer powering this bus system.
