Abstract
Pivo je jedno od najstarijih alkoholnih pića na svijetu. Od samog početka u starom Egiptu do danas bilo je mnogo različitih okusa i kombinacija piva. U Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama krajem prošlog stoljeća pojavila se prva Craft piva i sa njom započinje Craft kultura u svijetu. Craft kultura u Hrvatskoj je započela malo kasnije, početkom 2010. i do danas je naraslo u jednu veliku Craft revoluciju diljem cijele države. Pretpostavlja se da trenutno ima preko 300 različitih craft piva u Hrvatskoj. S obzirom da ima pivovara u svakom kutku Hrvatske potrebna je distribucija koja će lakše povezati cijelu tu priču. U ovome radu definirati će se kako zapravo sve skupa funkcionira i koji put prolazi roba od proizvodnje do krajnjeg potrošača. Provesti će se i anketa na temu craft piva.
Abstract (english)
Beer is one of the oldest alcoholic beverages in the world. From the beginning in ancient Egypt until today there were many different flavours and combinations of beer. In the United States of America at the end of the last century first Craft beer made an apperance and it is known as the start of the Craft culture in the world. Craft culture in Croatia began later, in 2010. and till today it grew into one big Craft revolution across whole country. It is assumed that at this moment there is more than 300 different craft beers in Croatia. With the fact that there are breweries in every corner of Croatia there is a need for distribution that can connect the whole story. This essay will define how everything is working together and which path do products take from their making to consumers. In this essay there will be a survey on the topic of craft beer.
