Abstract
Arena Hospitality Group d.d. je hotelska grupacija koja većinski dio poslovanja obavlja na području Republike Hrvatske. Također, grupacija konstanto širi svoje poslovanje na kontinentalni dio Europe. Sukladno zakonodavnom okviru, pripada velikoj grupi poduzetnika. Razni čimbenici, bilo interni ili eksterni, mogu kreirati krizni događaja. Grupacija korištenjem različitih mehanizmima pokušava dekretirati te čimbenike s ciljem sprečavanja štetnog događaja i poboljšanja trenutne razine poslovanja. Na temelju informacija iskazanih u financijskim izvještajima, koji su kreirani sukladno zakonodavnom okviru, obavljena je financijska analiza grupe. Temeljem izračuna pokazatelja, koji su bitni segmenti za određivanje pozicije grupe na tržištu, iskazane su pozitivne i negativne stavke poslovanja grupe. Sučeljavanjem svih segmenata u jedinstvenu cjelinu prikazano je stvarno stanje grupe, te je izvršena usporedba financijskih pokazatelja sa godišnjim izvješćem grupe.
Abstract (english)
Arena Hospitality Group d.d. is a hotel group that performs most of its business activities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Also, the group is constantly expanding its operations to the continental part of Europe. In accordance with the legislative framework, it belongs to a large group of entrepreneurs. Various factors, whether internal or external, can create crisis events. By employing various mechanisms, the group tries to declare these factors with the aim of preventing an adverse event and improving the current level of business. On the basis of the information presented in the financial statements, which were created in accordance with the legislative framework, the group's financial analysis was carried out. Based on the calculation of indicators, which are important segments for determining the group position on the market, positive and negative business items of the group were reported. The confrontation of all segments into a single unit shows the actual situation of the group, and a comparison of financial indicators with the group's annual report was made.
