Abstract
Svakom poslovnom subjektu je važno osigurati pouzdanu informaciju prilikom ostvarenja svojih ciljeva, a u tome mu je od velike važnosti računovodstvo troškova i troškovi općenito. Da bi poslovni subjekt ostvario svoje ciljeve bitno je optimizirati troškove. Uz što manje troškova treba ostvariti svoje ciljeve, te iz svakog troška izvući što veću korist. Računovodstvo troškova u knjigovodstvenoj djelatnosti je važno iz razloga što u većini poduzeća s kojima se knjigovodstvena djelatnost susreće ima troškove koji imaju veliki utjecaj na poslovanje poduzeća. Važno je iz financijskih izvještaja uzeti informacije o troškovima, te prenijeti informacije menadžerima kako bi pomoću njih olakšali donošenje odluka i upravljali poslovanjem. Kako bi poduzeće dobro kontroliralo troškove treba znati gdje su troškovi nastali, zbog čega su troškovi nastali. U knjigovodstvenoj djelatnosti upravljanje troškovima ne znači samo kako ih smanjiti nego kako ih je moguće što više iskoristiti. Svaki trošak s kojim se poduzeće susreće nije nužno negativnog karaktera iz razloga što svaki ostvareni trošak ima koristi na kraju određenog razdoblja ne samo radi smanjenja porezne osnovice, nego i radi ostvarivanja budućih prihoda jer ako se u nešto ulaže stvara se novi proizvod, dobro ili usluga. U knjigovodstvenoj djelatnosti troškove je važno prepoznati, razvrstati ih te knjižiti na pravilan način.
Abstract (english)
It is crucial for any business, as is achieves its objectives, to ensure reliable information. Of such, expense accounting and expenses in general are of vital importance. In order for a business to truly achieve its objectives, it must optimize its expenses. It must achieve most with the least about of expenses: extract the most value from each expense. The accounting of expenses in book keeping is important because in the majority of business in which the book keepers encounter have expenses which have a large effect on the business. It is important to extract the expenses from the financial statements and relay the information to the managers in order to assist their decision making and leadership. In order for a business to maintain control over its expenses it must know where the expenses came from and why. In bookkeeping, managing expenses does not only mean decreasing them, but rather how to extract as much value from that expense. Not every expense that an enterprise encounters is negative in nature due to the fact that each expense create delivers a certain benefit within a certain time frame. This not only includes to lower your tax bases, but actually is involved in creating future profits. This is because as you invest in something you are creating a new product, good, or service. In bookkeeping it is very important to recognize, organize, and record properly expenses.
