Abstract
Da bi poduzeća bila uspješna u svom poslovanju trebaju biti dobra u financijama, što znači da trebaju imati dobre financijske odluke. Za donošenje tih odluka, potrebno je široko znanje financijskih menadžera o različitim uvjetima kreditiranja i vrijednosnim papirima koji se mogu ponuditi na tržištu te o financijskim tržištima na kojima se poduzeće može zadužiti. Financiranje je moguće iz vlastitih izvora putem izdavanja vrijednosnih papira ili samofinanciranjem. Financiranje poduzeća emisijom dionica nastaje iz potrebe da se investira u rast i razvoj poduzeća. U ovom radu je definiran pojam IPO, prednosti i nedostaci inicijalne javne ponude te sam proces provedbe. Prikazan je IPO u Hrvatskoj te napravljena analiza Atlantic Grupe d.d.
Abstract (english)
To make companies successful in their business, they should be good in finances, which means they need to have good financial decisions. To make these decisions, it is necessary that financial managers have extensive knowledge on the various terms of lending and securities that can be offered on the market and on the financial markets where the company may be liable. Financing is possible from own sources through the issue of securities or self-financing. Financing companies by issuing shares comes from the need to invest in growth and development of companies. This paper defines the term of an IPO, the advantages and disadvantages of initial public offering and process of the IPO. It is presented IPO in Croatia and analysis of Atlantic Grupe d.d.
