Abstract
Turizam je danas jedna od najdominantnijih djelatnosti koja ima veliki utjecaj na gospodarski i socijalni razvoj Republike Hrvatske. Turističke aktivnosti se odvijaju na područjima turističkih destinacija, a suradnjom različitih dionika na turističkom tržištu stvaraju se i nude turistički proizvodi. Hrvatska kao zemlja bogata prirodnim i kulturnim resursima, uz ljudske resurse koji svojim znanjem i iskustvom čine neizostavni segment cjelokupne turističke ponude, stvara sve veće i bolje uvjete za povećanje turističkog prometa. Cilj svake turističke destinacije je biti konkurentna i prepoznatljiva na globalnom tržištu, a destinacijski menadžment nam daje odgovore na izazove i važnost povezivanja i suradnje svih dionika na turističkom tržištu. Turisti su sve obrazovaniji, time i zahtjevniji, više troše, ali i traže više: dodatnu, raznovrsnu i često individualiziranu ponudu i doživljaj. Sve to uvjetuje ulaganje velikih napora u upravljanje ljudskim resursima, regrutiranje i selekciju kadrova kako bi se što bolje zadovoljile turističke potrebe. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima treba biti usmjereno na budućnost, obrazovanje i razvoj proporcionalno s budućim potrebama i položajem destinacijske menadžment kompanije na tržištu. Zbog značaja menadžmenta ljudskih resursa u poslovanju destinacijskih menadžment kompanija provedeno je istraživanje koje je usporedilo razlike u mišljenjima o potrebna znanja i vještine za rad u poslovnim subjektima turističkog posredništva samih turističkih agencija/destinacijskih menadžment kompanija i studenata koji su tijekom obrazovnog procesa stekli formalnu naobrazbu iz područja agencijskog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Today, tourism is one of the most dominant activities that has a great impact on the economic and social development of Croatia. Tourist activities take place in the areas of tourist destinations and through the cooperation of various stakeholders in the tourism market, tourist products are created and offered. Croatia, as a country rich in natural and cultural resources, with human resources that with their knowledge and experience form an irreplaceable segment of the entire tourist offer, creates greater and better conditions for increasing tourist traffic. The goal of every tourist destination is to be competitive and recognizable in the global market, and destination management gives us answers to the challenges and importance of connecting and cooperating all stakeholders in the tourism market. Tourists are more educated, and therefore more demanding, spend more, but also seek more: additional, diverse and often individualized offers and experiences. All of this requires great efforts in human resource management, employment and staff selection to better meet tourism needs. Human resource management should be focused on the future, education and development in proportion to the future needs and position of the destination management companies in the market. Due to the importance of human resource management in the business of destination management companies, a study was conducted that compared differences in opinions about the necessary knowledge and skills to work in tourism intermediaries of travel agencies / destination management companies and students who acquired formal education in the field. agency business.
