Abstract
Jedan od bitnih koraka kod investiranja je utvrditi je li neki projekt isplativ ili ne te pokušati predvidjeti sve čimbenike koji bi mogli smanjiti isplativost projekta ili utjecati na to da projekt ne bude isplativ. Svi ti koraci mogu bitno utjecati na odluku za ulaganje, ali i na identificiranje rizičnih točaka te na upravljanje rizicima u projektu. Kroz ovaj rad će se prikazati važnost kvalitetnog pristupa identifikaciji i analizi svih čimbenika koji mogu utjecati na projekt u svim fazama života njegove provedbe. Prikazat će se, također, koliko je neki čimbenik osjetljiviji na nekakvu promjenu te kako takva osjetljivost utječe na sam projekt. Kolika je vjerojatnost pojavljivanja tog čimbenika koji može ugroziti isplativost nekog investicijskog projekta. Sve su to stavke i faktori o kojima ovise razne menadžerske odluke vezane uz to treba li se upustiti u nekakvu investiciju ili ne, ali i nakon odluke za ulazak u investiciju javljaju se novi rizici i nove opasnosti koji mogu ugroziti investicijski projekt te zato uvijek treba biti spreman i imati plan B.
Abstract (english)
One of the important steps in investing is to determine whether or not a project is profitable and to try to anticipate all the factors that could reduce the cost-effectiveness of the project or cause the project not to be profitable. All of these steps can significantly influence the investment decision, but also the identification of risk points and the risk management of the project. This paper will demonstrate the importance of a quality approach to identifying and analysis of all the factors that can affect a project at all stages of its implementation. It will also show how sensitive factor is to some change and how such sensitivity affects the project itself. What is the probability of this factor occurring that may jeopardize the profitability of an investment project. All these are the items and factors on which various management decisions depend whether or not to make an investment, but even after the decision to enter the investment, new risks and new dangers arise that can jeopardize the investment project and therefore always is needed to be ready and have a plan B.
