Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je upoznati se s kupovnim ponašanjem generacije y. Pripadnici generacije y zauzimaju vrlo značajan udio u potrošačkom društvu, stoga je poznavanje njihovih stavova, želja i potreba bitno za uspješnost poslovanja. Generacija y je generacija koja je odrasla s digitalnim medijima. Danas se sve više pripadnika generacije y služi internetom u svakodnevnom životu. Sve više se odabire digitalni svijet za obavljanje različitih poslova, dok klasični oblik obavljanja poslova ide u zaborav. Internet je otvorio nove mogućnosti komunikacije. Uz to što služi za dopisivanje, čitanje vijesti, igranje igara, služi i za obavljanje kupovine što je danas olakšalo život mnogima.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the purchasing behavior of generation y. Members of generation y occupy a very significant share in the latter-day society, so knowing their attitudes, desires and needs is essential for the success of the business. Generation y is a generation that grew up with digital media. Today, more and more members of Generation y are using the internet in everyday life. The digital world is increasingly being chosen to do different tasks, while the classic form of doing the work goes into oblivion. The Internet has opened up new possibilities for communication. In addition to being used to correspondence, to read the news, to play games, it also serves to make purchases, which today made life easier for many.
