Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja se primjenjuje u različitim područjima, odnosno važan su dio cjelokupne analize poslovanja tvrtki. S ciljem održavanja željene likvidnosti korporacije, potrebno je odgovarajuće planiranje financijskih tokova, ponajprije tokova novčanih i neto-obrtnih sredstava. Ovaj će rad usporednom analizom hrvatskih poduzeća prehrambene industrije (Dukat d.d., Vindija d.d., Mesna industrija braće Pivac, Podravka d.d., PPK d.d.), odabranih na temelju kriterija ukupnih prihoda, prikazati važnost pokazatelja likvidnosti, način njegove interpretacije te će odgovoriti na pitanje koliko su odabrane tvrtke likvidne. Na kraju se rada dolazi do zaključka kako su poduzeća Podravka d.d., Dukat d.d. i PPK d.d izrazito likvidna promatrano kroz gotovo sve analizirane pokazatelje, dok su kod poduzeća Vindija d.d te Mesne industrije braće Pivac primjetni problemi s likvidnošću.
Abstract (english)
The analysis of financial reports is applied in various fields; it is an important part of the overall business analysis of the companies. Corporate liquidity is often defined as the company’s ability to settle its daily activities without financial difficulties. In order to maintain the desired liquidity of the company, it is necessary to strictly plan the financial flows, primarily currency and net turnover capital. Comparison of several Croatian companies will show the importance of liquidity indicators, the way it is interpreted, and how successful (liquid) the selected companies are. At the end of the work, it is concluded that the companies Podravka d.d., Dukat d.d. and PPK d.d extremely liquid, observed trought almost all analyzed indicators, while the company Vindija d.d and the Meat industry of the Pivac brothers have noticeable liquidity problems.
