Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tematika vezana za godišnje financijske izvještaje. Definirani su pojmovi pojedinih oblika izvještavanja kao što su bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o promjenama kapitala, izvještaj o novčanim tokovima, te bilješke uz financijske izvještaje . U radu se prezentira retrospektiva godišnjih financijskih izvještaja unatrag dvadeset osam godina prema Zakonu o računovodstvu. Sastavljanje financijskih izvještaja i njihove specifičnosti prikazano je na praktičnim primjerima za tri vrste djelatnosti kao što su proizvodnja, trgovina, te uslužne djelatnosti.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topics related to annual financial statements. The concepts of certain forms of reporting are defined, such as balance sheet, income statement, equity changes statement, cash flow statement, and addenda associated with the financial statements. Moreover, the paper presents a retrospective of annual financial statements from twenty - eight years ago that followed the Accounting Act. The preparation of financial statements and their specifics are presented, utilizing practical examples for three types of activities, such as production, trade and service activities.
