Abstract
Zalihama se podrazumijevaju vlastiti materijali ili poluproizvodi ili materijali u radu ili gotovi proizvodi koji omogućuju normalno odvijanje proizvodnje, unutarnje potrošnje ili prodaje. Međutim, zalihe predstavljaju i jedan od glavnih izvora troškova unutar logističkih sustava pa je upravljanje zalihama u poduzeću i/ili trgovini predstavlja veliki izazov jer navedeni trošak izravno utječe na rezultate poslovanja. Danas postoje različiti sustavi za upravljanje zalih ama, a poduzeće i/ili trgovina treba odabrati sustav upravljanja zalihama koji će najbolje udovoljiti njihovim potrebama i omogućiti im optimalnu zalihu uz najmanji trošak, a u nastavku rada su predstavljeni odabrani sustavi upravljanja zalihama.
Abstract (english)
Inventories mean own materials or semi-finished or in-process materials or finished products that allow production, internal consumption or sale to occur normally. However, inventories are also one of the major sources of cost within logistics systems, so inventory management in a company and/or store is a big challenge because the cost directly affects business results. There are different inventory management systems nowadays, and the company and/or store needs to select the inventory management system that will best meet their needs and enable them to have optimal inventory at the lowest cost. Selected stock management systems are presented in this paper.
