Abstract
Poduzeća se svakodnevno susreću s problemima koji često mogu dovesti i do krize u poslovanju. Kada se poduzeće nađe u krizi obično se provodi restrukturiranje poslovanja, odnosno provode se operativne i financijske mjere. U ovom radu razrađen je pojam krize, oblika krize i uzroka krize, te samog postupka kada nastupi poslovna kriza. Nadalje je napravljena analiza likvidnosti i zaduženosti na sedam društava iz sektora pružanja usluga smještaja koja su se našla u postupku predstečajne nagodbe, tj. društva koja su se susrela s problemom nelikvidnosti i zaduženosti, te su provela operativne i financijske mjere.
Abstract (english)
Companies are facing on a daily basis with problems that can often lead to a crisis in business. When a company is in a crisis business restructuring is usually carried out, operational and financial measures are implemented. This paper elaborates the concept of crisis, the form of crisis and the cause of the crisis, and also the procedure when a business crisis arises. Furthermore, an analysis of liquidity and indebtedness was made on the seven companies in the provision of accomodation services that were found in the pre-bankruptcy settlement process, i.e. companies that have encountered a problem of insolvency and indebtedness, and have implemented operational and financial measures.
