Abstract
Tema ovog rada je pneumatički dostavni sustav obradnog centra. Pomoću cilindara izvedena je dostava, stezanje, predbušenje i bušenje izratka. Nakon obrade, izradak se otpušta i nastavlja daljnji proizvodni put na transportnoj traci. Objašnjen je uvod u pneumatiku te njezini elementi. Korištene su pneumatske i elektro-pneumatske metode. Rješenja su programski simulirana u programu FluidSim-P. Izvedeni su kratki proračuni koji omogućavaju bliži uvid u realnost procesa. Također napravljeni su crteži u Inventoru.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this work is the pneumatic delivery system of the machining center. Delivery, tightening, pre-drilling, drilling of workpiece was constructed using cylinders. After processing, workpiece is released and continues further production path on the conveyor belt. The introduction to the pneumatics and its elements are explained in this work. Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic methods were used. The solutions are simulated in program FluidSim-P. Short calculations were performed that provide a closer inside into the reality of the process. Also, there are drawings that were made in the Inventor.
