Abstract
Organizacija prodaje je mehanizam realizacije poslovnih ciljeva. Realizirana prodaja donosi prihode tvrtki i omogućuje održavanje kontinuiteta poslovnih aktivnosti. S obzirom na postojanje kontinuiranih promjena tržišnih uvjeta, iste zahtijevaju i promjene u organizacijama na način da se neprestano prilagođavaju potrebnim promjenama s ciljem osiguravanja opstanka tvrtke i rasta poslovanja. Moguće je razlikovati nekoliko oblika prodaje ovisno o predmetu prodaje i subjektu koji vrši prodaju, kupca,vrijeme i količinu prodaje.. Pod oblikom prodaje podrazumijeva se način prodaje koji tvrtke koriste u prodajnom procesu. Svaki proces prodaje uključuje postavljanje ciljeva i određivanje načina njihovog postizanja. . PekaraBabić trenutno u svom asortimanu ima preko 260 vrsta proizvoda. Kod procesa prodaje pekarskih proizvoda bitna stavka je povrat robe jer se 70% prodaje temelji na dnevnom asortimanu, odnosno proizvodima koji imaju kratak rok trajanjakoji obično iznosi samo jedan dan.
Abstract (english)
Sales organization is a mechanism in which business goals are realized. As market conditions change, the sales organization is also constantly changing, adapting always to the necessary changes, which ensures the survival and growth of the business. Certain forms of sales differ depending on what is the subject of the sale and who makes the sale, to whom it is sold, the time of sale and the quantity sold. Certain forms of sale differ. The form of sale means the method of sale used by companies in the sales process. Every sales process involves setting goals and determining how to achieve them. Babić bakery currently has over 260 types of products in its range. In the process of selling bakery products, an important item is the return because 70% of sales are based on the daily range, products that have a shelf life of one day
